🤝 Service Agreement & Consent Form
ZenWaves Massage is committed to providing a safe, professional, and deeply restorative experience for every guest. All guests are required to review and acknowledge this agreement before their first session.
Professional Standards
ZenWaves operates exclusively as a licensed therapeutic massage service. Our therapists are trained, certified, and insured professionals with years of clinical experience. Every session is conducted in accordance with professional massage therapy standards.
- All services are therapeutic in nature. Our sessions focus on relaxation, pain relief, mobility, and wellness. We do not provide any services outside the scope of licensed massage therapy.
- Professional draping is maintained at all times. Only the area being actively treated is uncovered. This standard applies regardless of location — villa, yacht, beach, or hotel.
- Appropriate conduct is expected from all parties. Our therapists have the right to end any session immediately if they feel uncomfortable or if professional boundaries are not respected. No refund will be issued in such cases.
- Requests for services outside our scope will result in immediate session termination. Inappropriate requests, language, or behavior toward any ZenWaves therapist will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Guest Acknowledgement
By booking a session with ZenWaves Massage, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that this is a professional therapeutic massage service and I will conduct myself accordingly.
- I will communicate openly about pressure preferences, areas of discomfort, and any concerns during my session.
- I understand that the therapist may decline or discontinue service at their sole discretion for any reason related to safety, comfort, or professional standards.
- I will provide accurate health information so my therapist can tailor the session safely.
- I will ensure the service location is safe, clean, and accessible for the therapist and their equipment.
Health Disclosure
For your safety and to customize your experience, please inform your therapist if any of the following apply:
- Pregnancy — massage is available after the first trimester with doctor's written consent
- Recent surgery or injury — within the past 6 months
- Blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or circulatory conditions
- Skin conditions, open wounds, sunburn, or rashes in the treatment area
- Heart conditions or high blood pressure (medicated or unmedicated)
- Cancer or recent cancer treatment
- Osteoporosis, fractures, or joint replacements
- Allergies — particularly to oils, lotions, or essential oils
- Medications that affect blood clotting, sensation, or blood pressure
- Any condition that may be affected by massage
Your therapist may decline or modify service if contraindications are present. This is for your protection.
Photo & Media Consent
ZenWaves may occasionally photograph service setups (never during active sessions) for promotional use. You will always be asked for explicit verbal consent before any photos that could include you are taken. You may decline at any time. No photos of guests during massage are ever taken.
Liability
ZenWaves Massage carries full professional liability insurance. However, by booking a session, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and that results vary by individual. ZenWaves is not liable for pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions to disclosed products, or injury resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.
Emergency Contact
For sessions at private residences, yachts, or remote beach locations, we recommend having a secondary contact available. Your therapist carries a first aid kit and is CPR certified.
📜 Terms & Conditions
Booking & Confirmation
Sessions are booked via phone, text, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from ZenWaves with your date, time, location, and service details. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though same-day availability may be possible.
Session Timing
- Arrival: Your therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes before your session to set up.
- Late starts: If you are not ready at your scheduled time, your session length will be reduced accordingly. We cannot extend into the next appointment.
- Early endings: You may end your session at any time. Full session rate applies.
- Happy ending: Every ZenWaves session ends the same way — with both guest and therapist feeling respected, restored, and genuinely glad the experience happened. That means all professional standards were honored, communication was open and clear, boundaries were maintained with mutual appreciation, and you leave feeling better than when you arrived.
That’s the kind of ending every session deserves.
Location Requirements
For mobile sessions, please ensure:
- A flat, clear area of at least 8×10 feet for the massage table
- Access to a power outlet within 15 feet (for heated table pad, if requested)
- A reasonably quiet, private environment
- Safe parking or drop-off access for our therapist
- For yacht sessions: stable anchoring during service
- For beach sessions: a shaded area is strongly recommended
Right to Refuse Service
ZenWaves reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest at any time, without refund, if:
- The guest appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances
- The guest engages in inappropriate behavior, language, or requests
- The service location is unsafe for the therapist
- Undisclosed health conditions present a risk
Age Requirement
Guests must be 18 years or older. Minors (ages 12-17) may receive massage with a parent or legal guardian present in the room throughout the entire session and with signed parental consent.
Gratuity
Gratuity is never expected, always appreciated. If you enjoyed your experience, a tip is a meaningful way to recognize your therapist's care. Typical gratuity in the U.S. Virgin Islands is 20%+.
🔒 Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you book with ZenWaves, we may collect:
- Contact information: Name, phone number, email address
- Booking details: Service requested, date, time, location
- Health information: Conditions, medications, and contraindications you disclose for safe treatment
- Payment information: Processed at time of service, not stored digitally
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your bookings
- To customize your massage session safely based on health disclosures
- To contact you regarding your appointment (reminders, changes, follow-up)
- To improve our services based on feedback
What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing
- We never store credit card numbers — payments are processed in person
- We never share health information with anyone outside your care team
Data Retention
Booking records and health disclosures are retained for the duration of our client relationship plus one calendar year. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Windows
- 48+ hours before session: Reservation deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled session within 14 days.
- 24–48 hours before session: Reservation deposit forfeited. Rescheduling may be available at ZenWaves’ discretion.
- Less than 24 hours / No-show: Full session rate charged. No refund, no reschedule.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable by design — they exist to honor the therapist’s committed time. We understand plans change, which is why we offer rescheduling for cancellations made with adequate notice.
Therapist Cancellation
If ZenWaves must cancel due to therapist illness, emergency, or severe weather (tropical storms, small craft advisories for boat-based sessions), you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your convenience.
Weather Policy
For outdoor and boat-based sessions, weather conditions may require rescheduling. If we determine conditions are unsafe:
- We will contact you as early as possible
- You will be offered a full reschedule or refund
- Indoor alternatives may be suggested when available
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your session, please tell us — ideally during the session so your therapist can adjust. Post-session concerns should be raised within 24 hours. We address every concern individually and in good faith.
💰 Payment
When Payment Is Due
Payment information is collected at the time of booking, but no charges are made until ZenWaves confirms your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, a non-refundable reservation deposit is held to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Reservation Deposits
Deposit amounts depend on the service type, party size, and preparation requirements:
- Standard massage sessions ($150–$200): A 20% non-refundable reservation fee is held upon confirmation. This protects our therapists’ time against late cancellations and no-shows.
- Couples, group packages & multi-service bookings ($300–$600+): A 20–40% non-refundable deposit is held upon confirmation, typically 1–4 weeks prior to service depending on scope. Larger parties, specialized setups (yacht, beach events, fire dance), and multi-day packages require more preparation and genuine reservation of resources.
- Corporate events & custom packages: Deposit amount and timeline discussed during booking. A signed agreement may be required for events involving multiple therapists, equipment, or venue coordination.
Your deposit is applied toward your total balance — it is not an additional fee. The remainder is collected at the time of service.
Why deposits? Every confirmed booking means a therapist has reserved their time, declined other work, and prepared specifically for your session. The deposit ensures that commitment is mutual. For standard single-session massages, the 20% reservation fee is straightforward. For larger experiences that require advance coordination, the deposit reflects the real preparation involved.

Travel Fee
There is no additional travel fee for mobile massage anywhere on St. Thomas. The price you see is the price you pay, plus optional gratuity.
